Chicken Curry
Chicken curry is very easy to cook and very tasteful recipe.
Preparation time is 5 min and cooking time is 40 min.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken.
- 2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 3 tsp red chili powder.
- 2 large sized onion paste.
- 2tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste.
- 2 tsp garam masala(clove,cinnamon,cardamom).
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 3 tbsp curd
- salt to taste
- add 2tsp sugar
- Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- 2 tbsp tomato puree.
- finely chopped 2 large size onion
PREPARATION
- heat the oil in a pan.
- fry the onion till golden brow
- now move the onion from oil.
- add onion paste
- and ginger-garlic paste
- and all the spices added to the chicken.
- now the chicken is marinated by all the spices
- the chicken is added in the remaining oil.
- now cook them in low heat
- cook them until oil is separated from spices.
- now add some hot water and cover it.
- now the chicken is cooked
- add the fried onion.
- turn off fire.
- garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Now our chicken curry is ready to eat.Serve it with rooti or hot rice.
