Aloor(potatoes) paratha
It is very easy to cook and very delicious food.Its a north indian food.
Ingredients
- potato-4 middle sizes
- coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala(clove,cinnamon,cardamom)
- lemon juice
Preparation
- At first steam the potatoes.
- Now drain the water from potatoes
- The following spices are added with boiled potatoes.
- Added the finely chopped coriander leaves
- Added salt.
- Added red chili powder
- Added lemon juice
- chopped green chilies
- Now smashed them very well.
- Now make drough with adding salt and small amonut of oil.
- Now make a small ball from the drough.
- Then stuffing balls with smashed potatoes.
- Now make them as a paratha.
- And fry then on a low heat
Now our aloo ka paratha is ready to eat.Please enjoy the dish with pickle or dahi.
