INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 15 green chili sliced
- 2 tbsp white viniger.
- 3 tbsp oil.
- 3 large sized finely chopped onion.
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- salt as per requirement.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- soya sauce
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and sorted until the color is golden brown.
- Now add chicken pices.
- Also add turmeric powder,garlic paste, red chili powder and salt.
- Sorted them until they mix well.
- Now add water and cover it.
- Boiled the chicken until it cooked 3/4 in low heat.
- Add chili sauce,soya sauce.
- Also add viniger, green chilies.
- When the chicken is cooked.
- Remove it from heat.
It serve with various type of fried rice.
